In a career spanning more than 20 years, Rupert has enjoyed success in a variety of roles and a diverse range of businesses. This experience has encompassed the Foodservice sector, the major-branded FMCG market and the Leisure & Hospitality industry. In this time, he has managed tele-sales, van-sales, field-sales and venue-based sales teams.
Throughout his career, Rupert’s work philosophy has been underpinned by a common-sense, practical approach to sales, founded on the premise that hardworking, well-trained and enthusiastic sales people really can make a difference to a company’s performance. And that the best results always come when you and your team love doing what you do.

Elaine brings 14 plus years of sales experience to the Prebookers table, she is passionate about delivering results and knows what it takes to succeed. Her years of hospitality experience both in Operations, and Sales has given her the experience and skill set to consistently deliver across multiple chain restaurants to high concept venues and bar groups
Elaine has extensive skill in implementing new sales processes, designing strategic pre-booked plans, starting new departments from scratch, system management (from your CRM to PMS) and building strong, motivated sales teams who deliver results.

Joining the team in 2024 with a wealth of Business Development experience under her belt, Julieta was quickly promoted to Head of Sales after an outstanding performance. Julieta heads up the sales team, managing our internal and outsourced sales teams, along with all client projects across the wider Prebookers team.
